Deposit Policy: I receive many inquiries each year and dates fill up quickly. Therefore, I require a $200.00 non-refundable deposit along with this signed service contract. The $200.00 deposit will go towards your wedding services. Your deposit check will be sent back to you in the event a booking comes in before your deposit arrives. Your date is not reserved until your check has been cashed and has cleared.
Payment Balance Policy: All service balances are due on the day of service and will be accepted in the form of cash or ONE check for the remaining balance owed for all services.
Bridal Trial Policy: Bridal trials are an essential part of creating your perfect wedding-day look. All trials are held Monday–Thursday at my studio only. I strongly recommend scheduling your trial at least three (3) months prior to your wedding date to ensure availability and to allow plenty of time for adjustments, product testing, and fine-tuning your desired glam. Your initial bridal trial is included in the bridal package. If additional changes or refinements are requested, a second trial may be scheduled for $200. Second trials are optional and subject to availability.
Final Headcount Policy: You may add more people or adjust people receiving services; however, please contact me to make sure I have time to accommodate more people. I allot time per wedding party according to the amount of people you indicated receiving services. Final numbers of all individuals receiving services must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. The confirmed number at that tine becomes the final billable count, and you will be charged accordingly, even if services are later reduced or cancelled. Any additions after the 30-day mark are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated based on availability.
Booking Policy: You may add more people receiving services, however, please contact me to make sure I have time to accommodate more people. I allot time per wedding party according to the amount of people you indicate above receiving services. This means I sometimes turn away other wedding bookings if I do not have time to accommodate them. Therefore, I require payment in full for the amount of people you have indicated above requiring services.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your services at any time. Your deposit will not be refunded. In the event of sickness, accident or other reason beyond control, I am subject to unavailability and efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements. In this unlikely case, your deposit will be refunded. Because I reserve the entire morning exclusively for your party and often turn away other weddings, the following fees apply if the wedding or services are cancelled:
Travel Policy: Parking/Valet will be charged to brides room or billed accordingly. For weddings requiring over two hours travel to the destination, overnight accommodations the evening prior are required to ensure timely arrival and preparation on the wedding day.
Holiday Policy: A $200 fee will be applied to all weddings booked on holiday weekends or holidays themselves. This includes the following: New Years Eve, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Independence Day if the holiday happens to falls on Friday, Saturday or Sunday,
